By signing up for an account as a vendor (“Vendor”) with HatchEvent Pte. Ltd. (“HatchEvent”) and by providing all information as required to HatchEvent, you agree that HatchEvent may collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data (as defined under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012) as provided in this registration form or as may be obtained by HatchEvent as a result of your membership.

Such Personal Data may be used for the following purposes (but not limited to):

(a) the processing of the creation of a Vendor account; and (b) the administration of the Vendor account with HatchEvent.

HatchEvent will process your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. For more information on how HatchEvent may process and protect your Personal Data, kindly refer to the Privacy Policy.

For Event Organisers

By signing up for an account as an event organiser (“Event Organiser”) with HatchEvent Pte. Ltd. (“HatchEvent”) and by providing all information as required to HatchEvent, you agree that HatchEvent may collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data (as defined under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012) as provided in this registration form or as may be obtained by HatchEvent as a result of your membership.

Such Personal Data may be used for the following purposes (but not limited to):

(a) the processing of the creation of an Event Organiser account; and (b) the administration of the Event Organiser account with HatchEvent.
